President and CEO
Peter Masi is the driving force of Accelerated Service International (“ASI”), an innovator in providing client centric specialty programs and services to the automobile dealer after market industry. Peter started in the industry in 1992 developing his sales, marketing, and product development skills working at GE Capital and Great American Insurance Company. Peter further honed his leadership and management skills when he joined ASI in 2004 as President and steadily assumed more responsibilities until named CEO/President in 2008. Peter’s energy and vision has supported the growth of ASI in expanding its portfolio of programs and services and the number of dealers and agencies it supports. . His ability to motivate and create a high performance team will continue to fuel ASI’s growth into the future. Kurtis Orcutt has been in the industry since 1983. In the retail side of the business, he has worked at every position in the Franchise Automotive space except for Body Shop. He has equal time in Administration, Sales and Aftermarket side of the business working as Vice President and or Regional Vice President for 3 competitor Aftermarket Administration Companies specializing in Vehicle Service Contracts (VSC), Warranties and Aftermarket products for the Industry. He has helped create and service some of the best well known OEM Programs in the Industry. His energy and focus is on his clients and customers, especially the Agents and Dealers he has done business with over the many years. He believes that Customer Service is job #1 for all the clients and that relationships are the backbone to keep ASI as number #1 in customer service and satisfaction. Vice President and CIO
Robert Reimers has more than thirty five years of experience managing enterprise-wide IT operations and developing and delivering innovative technology solutions to meet the needs of the auto dealer after market industry. As President and CEO of XyberNET, Robert invested 20 years in directing and developing the IT strategy in providing software and services to insurance companies whose products are distributed through the auto dealer industry. Prior to joining ASI, he put his expertise to work at Premier Dealer Services as CIO in developing technology advanced administrative systems for the target market. For the last four years as CIO at ASI, he has brought his experience and creativity to lead the development and implementation of web based solutions in support of their growing product offerings and customer base. To achieve this Robert uses his ability to motivate and lead a diverse technical team and constantly challenges his staff to continue to offer creative solutions to meet the needs of ASI. Chief Financial Officer
Debra Reimers brings her twenty-five years of accounting experience and financial analysis strength to the role of CFO at ASI. She has strong roots working in the finance and insurance industry and contributes both from a technical perspective as well as from a customer focused, solutions driven mind-set. In her career she has continually shown to be a team player and a strong asset of senior management. As part of the ASI executive team she provides the financial knowledge and know-how to assist in the growth of the company and provide measurements to ensure attainment of goals. Cindy Minor has built a career out of establishing and promoting strong and successful business relationships. She has spent over 15 years using her customer centered skills as both a client relationship manager and project manager for two Fortune 500 companies. Her experience as a project manager also gives her the ability to organize and structure the business environment to be efficient and successful. In addition to her customer skills, Cindy has also spent numerous years in the IT field which gives her insight into how software and services can benefit and enhance the customer experience. Nick is an effective claims manager who has excellent leadership skills. He brings a fresh approach with his positive attitude to managing the claims department. Nick is an A.S.E. Master Certified Auto Technician. He also holds numerous other certifications in the automotive field. He graduated with honors and was recognized for perfect attendance from the UTI Automotive technology program. He began his career as an automotive technician which has proven him to be an excellent diagnostician and trouble shooter.
